Please use some common sense when editing posts. I posted a thread titled” Muhammad Ali in Afghanistan as U.N. Messenger”. In WORLD section. Along with the news I posted some images using the img scr code.
You edited my post and left this: “NOTE - Please follow the proper procedure when posting images.” Here is where the common sense comes in. **There is NO link to uploading images in the world section!!! **
I don’t have enough time to :
**
-save the image from website,
-visit the Image thread,
-find the image on my hard drive,
-upload from Image thread,
-then copy the code,
-go back to World to paste the code it.
(and repeat per image)

I have better things than this. Another thing, if you guys are so strict on this new rule why do you still have the IMG SCR code on top when u don’t want us using it?
If you plan on enforcing these dumb new rules, please make sure they are possible, and please don’t make it a pain in the ass for someone to upload images.
PS…in editing my message you also deleted the source of the news. So you better not accuse me of not giving a source.
There is now a standard policy annouced publicly on the posting of images, applicable to all our forums. Images can only be posted as thumbnails, or else they will be removed. If you feel that takes to much time, then you are free to just post the URL link to any picture(s), or limit the number of thumbnails you post. Thank you for the rest of your feedback, which I am sure the admin will take into consideration.

im willing to pay your membership charge, but let me tell you in advance...you'll loose 98% of ur users if you do this.

Riddle me this then....how do you propose we afford all the changes that you would like us to make? Do you want us to become one of those sites that are sponsored to the hilt? Those sites where you can't click on one link without launching three other browser sessions with ads?
I asked you a simple question and you have not answered it.
You agreeing to pay is not enough. We have thousands of members and frankly most of them have been here longer than you.
Do you actually believe that we would go ahead and make changes on the premise that hskhan will pay?
Its not like you guys don’t make any money right now Mujna ji. I’m sure you do considering the average numbers of hits you guys get.
I don’t think it’s a wise idea to threaten people with "membership fees". Gupshup is what it is because of the "members"; gupshup is nothing without the "members". Once all the members are gone, you can happily charge the “moderators” the “membership fees”.
