masalay yaar, imagine for a minute that we have no limits on upload sizes. Some Maulana comes in here and gets banned. :) .. imagine (for a sec), that this mula knows how to use computers. He goes to his special collection and starts uploading all of his khazana to our servers (you dont have to imagine how much time some people may have). Yaar tum he bataoo, hum to maray gaye naa?
But, as per your special talents, I am going to do something. I think we can give up an ftp account to upload your stuff. and then you can hyperlink it.
