I am really surprised he said that, he was one of my favourite commentators but deep down in their heart, they all hate muslims…ba$tards:grumpy:
he clearly didnt intend this to be heard, thought he was making a side comment

Muslims are becoming popular in negative. We can not do anything about it unfortunately. Probably there are few steps for the signs of the Day of Judgement coming.
Muslims are not terrorist but rather Americans are. If somebody comes into your country, what would you do? Would you tolerate being slaves to them in your land?
Dean Jones should be forgiven if he apologizes Hashim brother.

If i was in place of Amla what i would do is to call a press conference and tell them that there are no hard feelings. I (Amla) am sure Dean did not mean it and it was just a stupid remark and request TEN Sports to please reinstate him.
This will be the biggest show of magnanimity from a Muslim and leave a very positive mark on not just Dean Jones but the rest of the cricketing nations.
Now is the time to break the wrong stereotype of muslims

May be Dean Jones was drunk when he made those silly comments. I had a chance to meet him several times on their tour of England and found him to be a very friendly and nice bloke - unlike some of the other Aussie cricketers who are so arrogant.
However - he deserves to be sacked.

Really what a shame!!
I really liked Deano but think kinda comment has no place for Cricket or anywhere else in the professional arena. I am very glad that he apologized soon and that's what makes him a professional.
Overall, I loved his commentary but this kinda thing has no tolerance on my mind.

Yes that comment by Dean Jones was most unfortunate. He does n't come across as a racist to me.
