how do you deal with a diffcult co-worker?
I recently found myself in a situation where a new person in the group was very difficult. Not being from a consulting background (worked as an internal consultant at an insurance company) she had the misconception that everyone junior for some odd reason reports to her.
Anyway, that was something that blew up in her face.
I was not quite sure on what to do, but before I took any steps and with her being 2 weeks in the job, she got a lecture on professionalism and company culture from the Big guys
