Deaf, malheureusement

Re: Deaf, malheureusement

I'm not sure how exactly it works, but it's something that has apparently been practiced for thousands of years.

Basically, a hollow candle is placed around your ear and the candle is lit up with a flame at the top. The heat somehow enables the wax within your ears to fill up the hollow space within the candle. (others, correct me if I am wrong) I have never done it myself but apparently it works wonders. I will be getting it done soon by an aesthetician friend of mine who has been doing this on clients for a while. I'll let you know how it goes if I am brave enough to actually go through with it!

The other option is having your ears flushed by a doctor. Again, I've never had it done myself, but apparently, hot liquid (water) is put into your ears and it flushes out the build up of wax, allowing you to hear better afterwards.
