**Eight people have been killed and 11 injured by two bombs in the central Iraqi town of Musayyab, police say.**The devices, attached to vehicles, were detonated about five minutes apart in the town in Babil province, 60km (40 miles) south of the capital, Baghdad.
Police told the BBC that the devices - a type known as “sticky bombs” - had been magnetically attached to the underside of two minibuses.
The attacks happened on the main street of Musayyab, officials said.
The blasts follow an attack in the city of Fallujah on Monday, in which a suicide bomber killed at least seven people and wounded 13.
Meanwhile, counting is continuing in Iraq’s parliamentary election.
Partial results in all 18 provinces show the State of Law coalition of Prime Minister Nouri Maliki leading in seven following the 7 March poll.
The Iraqiya bloc of his main rival, Iyad Allawi, is ahead in five.
However, the count has been plagued by procedural difficulties and allegations of fraud.
