**At least two explosions have been heard in the Thai capital Bangkok where police are in a tense stand-off with anti-government protesters.**Witnesses are reported as saying at least one foreigner has been wounded.
Earlier, a military spokesman warned of “decisive action” and “chaos”, if protesters did not quit their fortified camp in the city.
The government is under pressure to crack down on the red-shirt protesters, who say they want new elections.
