Me thinks, he got hurt, and hurt pretty bad. However he recovered in a couple of months and now he is back in action.
I am sure intel will be on his back and there soon will be another attempt.
And yes it is a dead man talking like Naiku and baitoo before him.
He is the enemy of Pakistan and the sooner he goes to Jahannum the better.
