Is this giving gaali to institutions like ‘WAPDA’ a universal phenomenon or its just we desis who convey their feelings through gaali?
I’ve seen ladies at homes kosing WAPDA walas. My naani says ‘mat kaho, mat koso.. wo bhi to kisi ke bache hain’.
On of my friend who is employed at transmission related department of WAPDA, told when they off the button, they also give gaali to awaam. So the feelings are mutual
aaj dil main ik bike wale ko 'chay' kaha tha, I was turning car on service road. He was coming from opposite side and was looking at main road's traffic instead of looking at service road. This was alongwith a zor ka horn.
We used to call WAPDA during load shedding. Third time the guy engaged the phone all night

I complained at KESC service centre for unscheduled ls. They said its due to tripping. I said 'mere bhai, tripping raat ko 1 baje kiyun hoti hai. and why for 1.5 hours. Can't you make it for 15 minutes or till morning'. Then I was being called from their system that if your complaint has been solved , press 1 otherwise press '0'. I kept on pressing '0'. Then their representative called me requesting to press 1. I said 'My complaint has not been resolved, so I won't press 1'. he said, you have to personally visit our Customer care centre. maine bhi kaha 'tum log kis marz ki dawa ho.. good for nothing'.

That's pathetic lol. But then again trust me yaha pe bhi the customer service sometimes esp mobile phone companies are terrible on the phone
