Yeah i don’t think regular pads would’ve worked for me. My bleeding was pretty heavy. Also, in the U.S. hospital give you underwear that are made for afterbirth. They are mesh underwears that holds the pad good. Although I had my own granny underwears, I liked the hospital ones better.
