When is it again? And what are we supposed to do again? Go back in time or get ahead of us this time? Please advise. Thanks.

You're supposed to go 5 hours ahead and then jump off a bridge.

Or...

An hour ahead on the first Sunday of April.

u use some light capacitors and save the daylight for winter times....

and here I thought you guys were still under extended daylight savings since 1973 as part of the oil embargo - but hey only Americans are wise enough to realize a connection between daylight savigs and transportation.

errr... if you didn't get any of the above, don't worry... neither did I when I read the Congress' solution to the oil embargo in 1973 in the U.S.
