Are any of your kids going to daycare? whats your opinion on kids going to daycare.. is it good or abd for them?? my 18 month old daughter has just started daycare… she cries alot when we drop her off there but gets better after… this daycare has webcam and i watch her all day long from my work and she seems to do just fine… however i feel guilty that at her age she should be staying at home and sleep as much as she wants and not wake up at 7 in the morning to go to daycare
I want to be home with my daughter as much as possible, but I know that when I am ready to go back to work, the right daycare is an excellent option and will even be able to provide things I can't, like socialization with other children, experienced care by professionals who know the age group, a variety of new stimuli, etc. I think an 18month old really craves these new interactions. She just needs to get used to the new routine and new place/people.
