Down of the Dead bumps Passion of Christ from the top, debuting with 27.3 million. The reviews are great. I can’t wait to see this film. I know it won’t top the original version, but it should be interesting.
On the contrary,I hear the movie tops the original version(I haven't seen the original one so I wouldn't personally know)But can't wait to see this one!
Well, most remakes rarely top the original. Besides, the original is such a classic, it'll be hard to beat. I'll have to check it out and see. Judging from the trailers for the new one though, I can already say that I don't like how they altered the zombies to make them more agile. That seems to be the fashion now, quick moving, smart zombies.
Ok just caught this movie, and it was pretty okish.Better than other zombie movies I've seen so far in recent times.Gore and the action sequences were amazing! It was amusing at times but not sure if it fit in the movie.
And people don't leave the movie when the ending credits start showing.

i saw this last week and all i remember was laughing my ass off throughout the entire movie - it was kinda stupid but I enjoyed it.
the original film is on BBC2 this Wednesday around 11:40(UK time) i think!
Saw the film, doesn't compare to the original. It was entertaining however, and there were subtle resemblances to the original with regards to the story, but that's about it. Cool cameo appearances by Tom Savini and black guy from the original. Other non-human cameo's include the original helicopter.
Whats so worth a watch about this movie? I am perplexed, that muslims are even interested in watching any such movie.
I mean, zaroorat kya hai? Afterall, it is about something that is not our belief!!! So why even go and watch and follow hte hype caused around and about that movie by jews and christians.
