As much as supes is my fav ever superhero, DC movies have never done him justice. Dawn of justice does look pretty epic though, but who knows. They will probably mess up it with having john stewart as the green lantern and the current issues with the flash TV series and the movie having different actors when the JLA movie comes out.

They got lucky with batman raking in the monies. Don't think they'll be so lucky with JLA or any of the spin-offs. Time will tell.

U both don’t know Hindi…which u often refer to as Urdu when I write…
Still for others…there is a bhojpuri version of dawn of justice trailer…and itbis the most fun video… Where they talk about MODIS safai abhiyan…I don’t know if I have it in this phone… So still look for it @Southie or who ever understand bhojpuri/bharatpur language and tone…

If I have it in Lap…I will upload it…

I have two fears about DoJ ...

  1. Too many characters and plots, we might end up seeing no substance in the story. There would be Aqua man, there is plot going on between Batman and Superman, LL experimenting on Zod body ? Wonder woman (what would be her presence in the story) ... so many characters in the story.
  2. Snyder pulling up Snyder in his direction.

Snyder is undoubtedly one of the best director when it comes to visuals (I would call him Micheal Bay of modern world) but he sometimes ends up putting too much effort on the visuals and less effort on the substance of the movie.

That being said, I am really really excited for upcoming DC line up and the way they are going to tie up Suicide squad with DoJ.

p.s:
I have seen Suicide squad trailer more than DoJ, the joker dialogues at the end gives me chills.

p.s 1:
there are few tiny details which i am not sure if you guys have noticed or not.

  1. There would be some flash backs of Jason Todd or at least his reference (see his Robin suit with Joker words on "Jokes on you Batman"). How would that play in ?
  2. There is flash back of Batman's father getting killed (again). The interesting stuff is that the actor who is playing Batman father in the flashback is not any random actor. He is Jeffery Dean Morgan. Given that it will be a flash back and they have hired such a big actor for it, I am quiet certain that they already have Flash Point Paradox storyline in mind (for future of course)
