A question for all the married lovelies..how many dawats were you invited to after your shadi?

well, i remember i was invited everyday for 10 days and that's how long i stayed in India after getting married last year...btw, today is my FIRST anniversary!

Depends how much you socialize, my cousin got bombarded went home and had dawat after dawat while she was there and when she came back to US she had another set of dawats here waiting for her....(shes not much of a cook so she was not complaining!!1 lol)

i stayed in pakistan for about 9 days and we had a dawat every night for dinner and some lunch dawat's as well. Once we returned to the US, i had maybe 5-10 more dawats but that's it.
