Why are those Dawa Khana, Hakeem Sb, and Dentist popular in Pakistan? Hundreds of patient regularly visit them. Every corner of Sadar bazar, Teen Hatti, Lalo Khet and some other areas of Karachi are filled with them. Popular Hakeems, do elaj of *Mardana Kamzori *and shartiya faida…

What is your opinion and observation? Should health department regulate them?

i do NOT go to them and i do NOT believe in their treatment. i find it bizarre. :hmmm:

There was a famous ad in 1990s on PTV regarding Farzana Dawa Khana, Dastagir Number 9…

Another ad on Hamdard Laboratory… I think… Hamdard was authentic herbal brand name in Pakistan… Not sure if same brand also exist in India or Bangladesh… :hmmm:

surgeons ne kahaa k ek incision lagvaa lo to yeh sire se Ghaayab Khatm ho jaayegaa...magar, scared to death to come under a surgeon's knife! lol

Farzana Dawakhana still exists and quite reliable among those who believe in such kind of treatment. Hamdard is pre-partition name and started in Delhi. Hamdard is still working in India and have same products like (Rooh Afza) there.

yes. aur, DimaaGheen bhii talaabaa meN bahot har dil azeez hai...dimaaGh baRhtaa hai...lol

Tibiyah College, AligaRh Muslim University, ke bhii apne Hakeemii products haiN jis meN se bil-Khusoos Gulqand buzurgoN meN be_Had maqbool hai.

Hamdard is still going good they do all sorts of herbal treatment.

I like Hamdard ki ‘Sudoori’. Its sweetest among all cough syrups :hehe:

Hamdard's product "Saafii" [Khoon safaa tonic] was under scrutiny by Health Canada and they warned Canadians not to use this product as it is loaded with lead/zinc ingredients...well above the acceptable levels.

how come our own governments in India and Pakistan do NOT have such warnings issued against dangerous products.

Health Departments in India and Pakistan just sleep. Ravi chain likhta hai :sleep:

I got my eczema treated from Hamdard matab they give their own medicines and Alhamdolilah I got shifa from it but,now it’s coming back.

there are a large number of Ayurvedic and Hakeemi medicines which are too high in heavy metals that are health risks.

SAAFI from India and Pakistan are just ONE of them.
