well there is no question at all of blood money as america had also not taken money in the self made fake case of doctor afia saddiqui. there is no question at all of blood money. the only solution is his death ultimatly. and he himself was the aggressor and terrorist, not the martayered ones who were innocent pakistanis.

The dead gun yeilding robbers family - could demand an obscene amount of 'blood money". Even the innocent one who died, could be covered.
