David Headley/ dawood Gilani is pleading guilty for his role in mumbai 26/11 attacks. The 12 charges against the 47-year-old which range from bombing targets in India to aiding and abetting murders of US citizens could result in a death penalty, but the new deal struck means it’s unlikely that prosecutors will seek capital punishment.

Headley made 9 trips to India between 2006 and 2009, and surveyed landmarks that have already been attacked taking video and stills of various targets. Court documents show he took a boat trip through Mumbai harbour scouting out landing points for the attackers (the ten gunmen arrived in Mumbai by boat from Pakistan).
He also took photos of the Taj Palace Hotel, the Oberio and pretended to be a Jew in order to stay at Chabab House, a Jewish community centre in the city that was also attacked.

After each trip, prosecutors say, he went to Pakistan and briefed his LeT co-conspirators on his findings. After the November 2008 attack on mumbai, he returned to India to scout out new targets - including the National Defence College in Delhi and tourist sites popular with Israeli tourists.
But by this time - it wasn’t just Lashkar-e-Toiba that David Headley was working with, prosecutors say. He was allegedly also involved with another Pakistani militant group - HuJI - headed by wanted militant Ilyas Kashmiri.

Let's keep in mind, that this Hijra "David Headley" was originally a "Dawood gilani" yet another GOLDEN example of small sections of Pakistanis settled in UK/US and their "Honihar" kids.

This dawood gilani is no better than bunch of other terrorists Islamist scum like the "5 virginia trash buckets" being tried in Pak, or this DAAAKTAR Aafia just got sent to hell in American court.

Dawood Gilani was recruited for identification of targets in India....having an american passport and western appreance made his work very easy...He holds a pakistani passport with the name Daood Gilani....Some facts about him..

Born Daood Gilani in Washington, D.C., in 1960 to a Pakistani father and an American mother. Lives with his wife and children in Chicago.

• After his parents' divorce, returned to Pakistan with his father and was raised in a traditional Muslim household till age 17.

• Attended the Community College of Philadelphia, but left school before receiving a degree.

• Worked in a bar and a series of video stores after leaving school.

• Convicted on heroin-smuggling charges in 1998; served 15 months in prison. Headley later worked for the Drug Enforcement Administration, in part to avoid a lengthier jail sentence.

I don't know whats your fascination with "US/UK" based Pakistanis, in case you don't read news this David Headley got recruited while living in Pakistan, so the problem actually lies in Pakistan.
