This report from yesterday was spine chilling and sent shivers.
A druggie from Lahore woke up three of his dughters one by one early in the morning while his wife was alseep and took them to the courtyard and slaughtered them.
Reason; he couldnt afford to give them a good life and was sure he’d never make ends meet and be able to keep a happy family. Sad.
But his being a druggie must have most to do with what he did.
He even explained how his daughters didnt resist and how it was easy for him to do it, but the youngest was hard to slaughter…God have mercy.
Later the guy cleaned up, told his wife and went to the police with the knife.
The police questioned him and locked him up, later a DIG went in for interrogation and when he left one of his guards went back in and shot the guy 14 times which killed him.
This incident reminds of another silmialr incident from last year where another deprived man, a druggie getting some ‘divine’ hallucinations killed 3 or 4 of his young children with a knife and lter said he was sad abt it and smthng had told him to do so. Amir Liaquat Husain had done an interview with him on his TV show and condemned him and tried to find out what was behind this, his mentality and such events.
The man was shot dead by a guard of DIG Operations Aamir Zulfikar in the police lock-up. The DIG had gone to the police station to interrogate the accused.
When the DIG left the station, his guard Nadeem Rafiq Raja did not board his squad van. He went back to the station and opened fire on the worker, who suffered critical injuries and died instantaneously.
“I just did my duty. I have eliminated a beast. The beast had no right to live among human beings. No human being can kill his own children,” Raja said in his statement.
“I have a three-year-old daughter. It (the incident) was just like killing my daughter. I had decided to kill the beast when I was listening to his statement before the DIG,” he added.

Did the guard even verify the guy's story before shooting him?
What must be going through the poor kids' minds. May God (if He exists) bless their souls!
Whats to become of the guard now? Is he under arrest? Silly man wouldn;t have killed his own daughter but has laid the grounds for his daughter to live the life of an orphan.
Nia , it is not a question of son/daughter. It is a case of an unstable person , fuelled by drugs and poor circumstances, who decided to take everything in his own hands. If he had sons, even then he wouldn't have been able to give them a good life.
As for the Guard, he might have acted out of a good motive but he had no right to take the law in his own hands. Unless he was sure that the law wouldn't have fulfilled his duties??????
As for the act itself. Astagfirullah. God save us all.
Something similar happened a few months ago, where the father killed his children cause they kept watching t.v. They were just little children and he killed them. :(
