yep... never date a jerk or any person who don't deserve it.. if you've got no food, it's better to starve to death than be a beggar.

however, it doesn't mean u shud assume all guys/gals are jerks. u've got to be a bit risk-taking in ur life, otherwise ur life will be boring. get to know the person really well before making a commitment, and not all people are the same.

Rationally we know it aint' right, but sometimes the emotional pull is too strong that it overcomes rational thought... rather sad and pathetic, but hey u aint perfect :p
