No.

You shouldn’t be with someone just for the sake of being with someone! That’s quite sad and unfair to the other person in the relationship. If you are unhappy, walk away. It’s better to be content and single than miserable in a lousy relationship.

Not lonely but I dated a guy for way too long after a "friend" gave me a lecture about maybe I'm being too picky. Looking back...I kept thinking why did I put up with it!

well i did same mistake under social pressure for my first husband:D...
no matter what others think about your "loneliness", my advice to all guys and gals, it's better to be alone than with a someone that is not worth you...

Well it does happen doesn’t it?. (I mean if you date regularly). I’ve been out with SEVERAL girls..and different kinds. Everyone was intelligent..nevertheless..but again at time passed by..i realized..this particular person isn’t for me so yap..Moved on. Now i got this sweet girlfriend..been with her for like more than 2 years now. And enjoying every moment of it..coz simply she is BEST.
