we are a software/ web development firm and its a MS SQL Server DBA place, the person will be looking after our database servers local and remote (online).
anyone who has good concepts of RDBMS, knows how to tune MS SQL, can write fairly complext stored procedures
u should have good concepts of networking as well, like TCP/IP, OSI etc
keeping db up and running, with good backup/ recovery plans and security measures
if u dont have any prior experience, dont worry, what we need is FAST LEARNER with GOOD CONCEPTS
