If it was established during Aurangzeb's era, it would be part of all Sunni Madarsas. I think its also followed in religious schools in KSA

I have heard of Dar e Nizami, which has different levels upto aalim. Is this followed both by Barelvis and Deobandis?

Yes the same one. There is also some Aalim Fazil course. Don't know whether it got link with Dars e Nizami or not?

I don't think that any change would have been made. For some reason for a considerable time we have closed the doors of researching the religion on the basis of 'aqeedah'

I don't know exactly, but it mostly include religious subjects
