Darood-e-Tunjeena

Recitation of Durood-e-Tunjina in abundance is a cure for sicknesses and protection against all forms of calamities and misfortunes.

A saint by the name of Saalih Moosa who was blind narrated his own story: “I was in a ship which was sinking. I lapsed into semi consciousness. Rasoolullah (S.A.W.) appeared to me in this state and taught me the following Durood which the Prophet(P.B.U.H) said should be recited 1000 times by the passengers of the ship. The passengers had barely recited the Durood 300 times and the ship was saved (miraculously).”

In case of any problem, recite this Darood 1000 times a day or at least 300 times a day,InshAllah u will get out of the trouble miraculously…

Here is the Darood:

Re: Darood-e-Tunjeena

Assalam u alaikum

Thanks for the information.
I wonder how come Mohammad (saw) taught the person this Durood.
On the other hand HE (SAW) taught his SAHABA the other durood which is called DUROOD E IBRAHIMI.
As we all aware of that this durood e ibrahimi we recite in salaah ( Namaaz).
Namaaz being the bestest of best ibadat, everything which offered in namaaz is THE BEST.
Then how come this durood e tanjina or ANY other types of durood CAN be btter than durood e ibrahimi which is quite authentic and is for sure was taught by RASOOL ( SAW0 TO SAHABA.
As far as the story it may be true but teaching other durood by rasool ( saw) is difficult to accept CAUSE if this durood tanjina was such affective for problems then RASOOL ( SAW) should have taught this to his SAHABA as well as there were so many times when they were in problems.

JUST A THOUGHT. NOTHING PERSONAL.

WASSALAM
Ruswa

salam...i dunno whether u are aware of it or not, there are many other duroods like durood- taaj, durood - mahi, and many other including this one...

there is Surah Fatiha that we Recite in Namaz but still there are manyyyyy other Surahs which have their own specific benefits but we dont recite them in Namaz...Does it lessen their importance??ofcourse NOT… Every surah ,Durood has itz own importance and benefits which we must not deny and we can’t…

and as far as this whole waqiya is concerned,I have read it many times and from many authentic sources, and I have no doubt of it being wrong...

Rest itz ur right to give ur views and to believe what your heart and mind says:)..thanks...

Re: Darood-e-Tunjeena

Do you have to recite this darood 1000 times in one go, or can you read it over the course of some days. I just read it fifty times yesterday and it took me an hour, 1000 would surely take all day and I don't have the capacity to do that...it would tire me out? please can someone clarify this? we have used this darood before but everybody has come together to complete it in between asr and maghrib can this task be done alone divided up and completed over a week...?

Re: Darood-e-Tunjeena

I have read that you can recite it 333 times over 3 days
