my neck looks disgusting, cant go out without having a duppata.shawl wrapped around it, its sooo dark compared to face, even mum and husband have commented on it. ok so its normal during preg, but even before i was preg, it was slightly darker than face.
i need someone to tell me how to lighten my neck…pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it looks dirtyyy like i dont wash it..

apply a mixture of yoghurt and lemon .........or more ...u can rub lemon on ur neck .....and apply the mixture of honey and yoghurt on it .....and leave it till dry
ive heard rubbing lemon and olive oil on dark areas help them to fade ....take a lemon, add olive oil ....and rub the neck :)

Go to the term. I wonder if it's dark because you've exposed yourself to the sun, or if it's a result of the hormonal changes in pregnancy. Sometimes pregnant women will get melasma (darkening of skin) on their face. While I don't know if this is what you have (as I'm no expert)......it's better to see a doctor. Natural remedies can and do work....but can take a longer time. A derm might prescribe a cream containing hydroquinone which is bleaching agent...or some other topical solution containing similar ingredients. Apply sunblock (at least 15-10) minutes before going out in the day........and keep in mind in cloudy or overcast days (when the sun isn't in sight) about 80% of the sun's rays do come through.

My mum told me her neck darkened while she was pregnant as well...but her neck went back to normal as soon as she gave birth. It's probably caused by hormonal changes, so I'm not sure whether natural remedies would work.

nadya dark neck is one of the joys of pregnancy, unfortunetly i keep complaining about d same thing
n my mum tells me its normal to hav a dark neck!..
we'll jus wait n see wat happens once we've given birth :)

I have heard that it happens alot during pregnancies and it usually goes away after your deliever your child. I don't think any of the above totkas will help cuz apparently its something frm inside that is causing that hypigmentation.
