I was wondering if you would have any suggestions for dark circles under and over the eyes. I have slight bags under my eyes but the area directly above my eyelid is so dark! I just dont understand. What can I do to get rid of this or at least lighten it?
Any and all suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated!

QUESTION: Are there any effective remedies against dark circles under the eyes? I was not born with them they appeared a couple of years ago for no apparent reason.
Thank you.
ANSWER: Unfortunately, dark haloes under the eyes can not be treated with any skin lightening creams. Some therapies in the market promising cure, will only induce mild improvement, but nothing else will help, nothing is really effective. However, oral intake of iron for some time will improve the condition.
Well if u're low on iron u're bound to have dark-circles so treat urself from within. Several girls have tried the chilled tea-bags and potato slices and they have worked, as I said u have to be regular u won't see results in 2 tries..
your custom title may be the reason.
not getting enough sleep contributes heavily to dark circles
others have alredy talk about mineral definciencies
one more thing is allergies and congestion
many ppl dont realize that sinus and nasal congestion does a number on your eye area.
as far as treatments go, look up hylexin, works wonders

True dat! :D
As far as HYLEXIN is concered I have been using it for the last few months. Unfortunately it hasn't helped a whole lot. :(
You can go to an Aveda salon where they perform an eye brightening treatment. It softens wrinkles and helps with dark circles.
They also offer products which contain a pigment suppressant (the only chemical inside that has been ok'ed by the FDA what we use for hyperpigmentation), which DO work.
Go to an Aveda salon and ask about these procedures. They're not extremely cheap, and you need several treatments, but they do help.
