dare to motivate me

Hello everyone;

I am gaining weight; about 12 kg over weight. I want to lose weight but not motivations. I started last year and lost several kg but gained again.

is there anyone who can motivate me to lose weight:D

This is what I'd suggest:

1) buy scales and weigh yourself everyday. (yes every single day)

2) keep your breakfast and dinner very light (salads etc).

3) eat your favourite dish at lunch times.

4) drink water whenever you feel hungry. (drink as much water as you can).

5) Keep a diary to note your weight every week.

6) choose some celeb/actress that you like and want to be her size.

7) look at her pics everyday.

8) look at your figure in the mirror everyday.

9) say no to diet at weekends but don't eat too much.

I've lost just over a stone in last 3 n half months by following these rules.

oh and...9) 30 minutes of exercise daily.

Yeah, why not? Remember that you're already eating a heavy meal at lunch times and light meals for breakfast and night meals.
