***I think all of us are aware that the Soofi’s spread more Islam in the Indian sub-continent than the Mughal or Pathan Armies did over the centuries…:halo: ***
Most of the recent Illusionist r more better than so called sufis kaam az kaam rizaat ke naam per kisi ko dhooka tu nahi daytay. Its become a fun in most of the western countries.Really they Laugh on us when they see we go and pray on mazars.Bhai jadeed door hai ghoor aur fikar karoo yea murda tumhe kia dain gaye.in ko tu yea bhi nahi pata ke kaab uthay jayeen gaye.
The Council of Islamic Ideology is the body constitutionally charged with telling the government what is Islamic and what is not. The government is not allowed to do so on its own.
The scholars on the council cover a broad range of the various sects in Pakistan. The Sufi scholar(s) on the council would veto any measures against these shrines.

so it means there is basically no end of wat is really right or wrong b/c of different sects to be found in pak. There is no way to bring back the society to as it was at the time of Prophet Muhamad (p.b.u.h)?
essentially, yeah. Short of convincing the people who believe in this stuff who sit on the Council of Islamic Ideology in Pakistanthat their beliefs are wrong and they should support measures against them, there’s no process for change.
The system was set up because in pakistan there are many different forms of Islam that essentially teach each other to be a deviant form. Using a cross-sectarian council as the sole means of legislating what is Islamic and what is not ensures that no one sect can force their views on another.
Yes I saw some sarcasm, not from you anyways. That is your opinion that Imam Ghazali was not a sufi, the opinion of many scholars is that he was a sufi.
Sufi hona koe bari baat nahi hai... if people actually started following these imams, they would call themselves "wahabi" as none of this crap about darbaars was ever, ever, EVER done by those who are worshipped on these darbaars today.
