did you read the user agreemet before you agreed to it when you became a member of this site?
you probably got warned because you broke a rule of GS forums. GS is today what it is because of efforts to run it with some policies, this avoids making it into a advertising site or propoganda site or site for lewd images etc.
more than half of your posts have been soliciting business on this site. which is not allowed.
danyal has no control over this, he only enforces the policies of GS. you may want to ask ehsan bhai. he is the director of GS. If you think your case needs a special status, he would be the person to talk to.

As Mr. Fraudia said more then half of your posts were soliciting business, and you were given verbal warnings before a few times,

Your posting rights were restricted before and you were let back in on the understanding that advertising is not allowed. However, you disregarded the rules.
