It also amazes me how some people always blame ISI and Pakistan for almost every problem India faces, ranging from the Indian repression in kashmir to New Dehli attacks (planted terrorism by RAW), to bomb explosions.

Maybe some people do that, but this topic is about Pakistani problems and the blame is planted on the usual suspects. Even if some Indians do blame Pakistan, how does it help Pakistanis by doing the exact same thing?
