So I have this co-worker who really liked this top I had on and decided to get it. We even went together to buy it. The salesgirls really liked the way I paired it with my dress pants. That surely must have gotten her more tempted and she decided on the same color. And she wore it the next day.
So today when I was putting it on in the morning I was hoping she didn’t decide on wearing the same one. Well guess what…turned out, not only she has the same top on, she’s wearing it with pants too. Last time she had it on with a skirt.
Now I am reluctant to go on her side of the office and have asked her stay away from mine. We even decided against going for lunch together, cuz wouldn’t it look silly parading in the similar the top?

No but you could easily turn this situation into a humorous one instead of stressing on it.
For example you could tell the people if they had any kind of comment jokingly , oh we are long last twin sisters , it just dawned on us today, don't we look alike
Or you could jokingly say we are wearing this on same day to prove that we do not borrow each others clothes,
and people will laugh on it.
My feeling is nobody would have cared anyway if you two were wearing the same dress on the same day.

see this is y u never ever tell people where you buy ur stuff frm even if they are insisting just tell them it was a present frm someone or ur mother got you this

my friend hates it when we end up dressinga like, ppl already mistake us for sisters.. i do it deliberately to annoy her its fun :D

Well, when she was buying it I had no clue that I'd get a bit peeved if she'd wear it the same day as me.
