Had Muslim states chosen to ignore this stupid newspaper, this wud have been a non-issue. With this orchestrated resentment, Muslim states have provided these idiots with a platform which they never had or even imagined. What will the Muslim states do now? French, German and Norwegian newspapers have also published these cartoons, copycats of cheap publicity provided courtesy of the Arab states. Can these Arab countries now stand up and say we refuse to buy French products, German automobiles and Norwegian telephones? What if these cartoons are published by US papers, surely then they would become a non-issue, cause none of these guys have the ooph to say what is right and what is wrong when it comes to their ring master.

This was all protested in peaceful manners and countries and whole people belonging to that religion or state were not condemned and put in the dock..
I agree that the method Muslims chose to protest in was not the correct one. We could've just protested peacefully and boycotted the products. However, to sit quitely and let others make a mockery of Islam is totally wrong and unjustified.

Rahul, I don't think any Muslims would commend the violent protests. Peaceful protest and boycotts are justified, however.

from sep 30 to now they have had enuff time, but the denamrk govt refused to punish the newspaper....

I understand, that's why when mobs attack embassy with poster of slaughter the ambassador after coming out a mosque, it becomes disturbing......... and make people of other faith question, what's being told and taught inside these mosques, prayer and place of GOD is suppose to bring peace not violence..........
