do it as follows.... i am sure it will definitely work for you
brush your hair at least 5mins continuously
massage your scalp with Vinegar for 10min atleast and then leave it off for 30min.
wash your hair with any good shampoo and warm water...and Do NOT brush your wet hair...
do it 3-4 times and see the difference

Head and Shoulders apparently makes dandruff worse. Use Nizoral, it works!

ok this is my problem sugar free...i cant live with dandruff laden head so i keep washing them and thats why i am maddddd....
