my daughter is about 2 and she has alot of dandruff. i am using polytar. but its not working. she’s itchy all the time and is always scratching her hair.
i apply oil daily but its not working too!!!
is there anyother shampoo or home made remedy i should try???

As far as I know, oiling will make it worse.... do not oil her hair.... actually you should probably be using a gentle shampoo daily to get rid of the excess oil on her scalp to prevent the flakes from forming. Have you taken her to a dermatologist yet? Please consult one to determine why she is getting it, could be a skin condition.
