So i’ve been tapped to dance around a white horse at a Desi wedding. What the hells going on and what else can I expect…other than good food and beautiful ladies.

ahhh chair dances, not really. thats a pretty kewl jewish tradition.
traditions differ greatly deoending on the ethnicity of the ppl involved.
See for an american it is all teh same, Pakistanis, or Indians. however there are so many very unique groups among Indians as wel as among Pakistanis wit their own traditions and all that it can be confusing. Add to it that ppl pick and choose which traditions of their community they will follow and it can be quite a variety.
so any ideas on the background of the bride and groom?

it must be bhangra when the barat comes, i think people from barat do bhangra in front of dulhas horse or car. I have seen this in movies.

I don't know the backround. As far as bhangra goes I think I'll take the advice and let the experts have fun with it, I don't need to see myself making the rounds on youtube.
