Dance to loose weight and look more sleek/slim!

Hello fellow guppies!
Are there anyone of you who have used dance as fitness? Share your thoughts, ideas and experiences :wink: I’m thinking about starting some serious belly dance combined with some ballet…

I don't think belly dancing will do much, not even for your core and abs.

Zumba has a lot more cardio and will make you sweat.

I go to lucille roberts.. their zumba classes are great.. you can also find bollywood zumba videos on youtube... those are also good

Haven't tried ( 'm way skinny) but have seen a lot of my friends getting into dance classes with a purpose to cut weight and they actually do reduce!

Exercise is better if you want to loose wait and lock more slim. Swimming is also good.

Dance, ofcourse helps in loosing weight but if you are real fat then it won’t help. You’ll need to have some exercise classes for that. Rest, yes, when I feel I have put on upto 2kiloGrams then I start having dance on daily basis, it warmsup your body, burns fat, but more importantly, dance is for maintaining weight, not loosing weight! like, if you are happy with your figure and you want to maintain it then you should give atleast 15 to 30 minutes to dancing, in your daily life :@:
