As far as being fake or authentic is concerned...this thing been goin on both sides of the Atlantic...u have Dr Dre..stealing desi songs, and in UK u got desi MCs stealin there tunes....But what matters in the end is how good the final product is...
The Knight Rider remix by Punjabi MC....had the the Knight Rider tune, but in all it was one hell of a track. Its still there...in the charts.
Well...what ever is the case u have to give credit to UK Bhangra..cause thats where Pop Bhangra originated.

One thing that I have noticed, I have seen some Hindi songs that have lots of Arab beats to them.
