I have never been to a Pakistani Wedding … so I am literally clueless ! so excuse my very Naive questions !
**The Situation: **
The wedding will be in Islamabad , walima in Lahore. I am not going to have a mehendi celebration to keep it extremely simple and islamic. Although my dad gives me the confidence that i can spend as much as i want , I want to be humble and spend as less as possible yet trying to get quality rather then quantity. ( being a normal human being , I wanna look good on my wedding day
The Questions:
1- Has anyone attended any weddings in the Laraib Wedding Hall in I-8 Markaz market? any reviews ?
2- Do the hall walay generally do the decors or do we have to do them seperately ?
3- How long before the wedding date do you book with the beauty parlor? ( any recomendations of good but non expensive ones in islamabad ? )
4- Any good photographer from Islamabad , ( i am not looking for the top names , just some good photographer ) ? how long before the event do we need to book with them ?
5- does any one know any good bridal mehendi artiste from Islamabad ?

anyhooo my sister got her makeup done from nikhar in pindi, it was really nice and she got her photoshoot from there as well we booked an appt like a week before cuz we were only in pak for a month

yeah , shocking as it is , I have never been to any desi weddings !! I have lived abroad all my life ... and pretty much missed any cousin interaction or going to family weddings and stuf !!! sad .. i know

i havt attent any wedding at that hall but i think non of the hall walay give u decoration but if u r intrested in it and they chagre money for it
Sobia,s is really gud i have done my make up at my wedding and engement there and had photoshoot too they r really awesom their photograher is from Jhangir n really gud .u must book ur date before 15 to 20 days then they will giveu date for facail also

I think it would be better if u get the decor done by the flower walas u can find them in F-10 markaz and Jinnah super too they have albums just choose what u want from the albums.
its bettr if u get the parlour booking done a month before the top and expensive ones in isb are depilex, daniella, millee and sobias (she used to be cheap but her rates have gone up too) among the cheaper ones as u know i would say seemi then theres natashas in f-6 ...nikhar is very cheap but their makeup is veryyy traditional and i dont like their base.
u can get good mehendi from any good parlour and i think i told u abt the photographers right??

yeah it is funnnnn but sharing info and experiences wiht others is even more fun :) ...my makeup will be from Seemis inshallah
Danelia & janie aren't really great.. senior artists at Depilex are Ghazala, Tani, Sameera and they're good.
Afzl has a branch in Islamabad they do couple shoots and they also have a makeup artist that's great!
really their makeup is good/??i think their makeup isnt expensive either
