The damage is not due to any sustained propoganda but due to the actions of the pakistani people who like to take pride in the unscruplous activities of their biggest institutioin , the army , when it has any perceived 'success' ; but throw it to the wolves as soon as its rogue activities are exposed or it faces humiliation as seen during 71 and kargil.
pakistanis are a sad people who have no success in any other field so have invested all their dreams in their armed forces.
