dunno the authentik recipe of it...but the way i make it iz also quite yummy...
fry sliced onions add in zeera and finely minced meat add all the masalas lyk red chilli haldi salt coriander powder....den add it tomatoes n lil yoghurt...let it cook n den bhoonify it....add loads of fresh coriander and green chillies and sprinkle garam masala...then smoke it!! serve with puris or parathas...ohh m hungry!!
I add a cup of yoghurt and green papaya paste plus all the masala's and set it aside for a couple of hours.. then u cook it in ghee.. and lastly smoke it!

U heat a piece of coal.. and in the pan place a small piece of foil and place the coal on it.. drop a few drops of ghee and cover the lid.
