It means something - it means that the law will go after these hooligans. Still waiting with baited breath for the poor christain lady whose crime was to drink water from a well to be released. So rather than pick incidents to put down neighboring countries, look inward.

She is not in jail for drinking water but atleast she has not been burnt alive like the christian missionary or raped like christian nuns in India.
