I agree with Ira! It's the healthiest and the yummiest especially in winter season...my fav. is the blueberry, banana nut & date&nuts:)

yes i made that with chicken ,it so tasty.i usually makes it when some one not feeling well or in ramadan too.it is very healthy.
heat oil and fry chopped onion and zeera,when onion tender addd ,garlic and ginger paste,fry for a min add chicken,cook it until it water dries,then add spices,ssalt and balck pepper powder ,little heldi or if u like to make it spicy can add red cille as well,add chopp tomatoe,and cook it well until masala cooked,now add water and oats to it and cook it.
if u have leftover chicken karahi u can add simply oats and water to it and cook it,it taste soo yummmy.garnish it with green chillies,lemon,green corriander leaves,gram masala,and brown onions.
