Do you give your infant / toddlers daily vitamins?
My daughters don’t like to eat the chewable ones. The ped says the liquid ones are dosed for infants and you have to give atleast 2X to get the dosage for 3-5 year olds
For my daughters, i give them Omega 3 fish oil syrup (they take it like real troopers!) and those Sanatogen A-Z chewable multivitamins (for 3-12 year olds). Some liquid multivitamins are labelled as "extra strength" and are suitable for over 3's.

******You should be very careful about giving vitamins to children, as they should be obtaining the majority of their vitamins from their diet.
Be aware that there are opposing views about supplementary vitamin intake for children, as too much of a "good thing" can be fatal (e.g too much iron in the blood can cause hemochromatosis)
To be on the safe side, consult with your paediatrician before making any adjustments to your child's diet.* ******
Any chewable vitamin can be crushed and added to oatmeal, mashed potatoes or any other food or drink. I give my boys a multi-vitamin that has enhanced Immunity because I'm so scared of the flu viruses that are going around.
Also if the child is a bit younger, like 2 try PediaSure drinks. My son's doc recommended that since he would reject eating any other vitamins or drops etc....
Question: Has anyone used Fluoride vitamin drops in their kid's water? I was given one drop tha thas fluoride and you add 2 drops to a cup of water?
I bought this really good and expensive multi vitamin sirup for my daugther, it tastes so tasty but she doesnt like it and she even smells it if I put it in her juice and rejects it. :-/ the bottle is just sitting there.
