Daily routine to get into shape

Walking:
Walking is one of the best exercises to keep fit. A 15 minute walk can be quite helpful.

Aerobics:
Manage your food craving by working out. Even a 20 min. aerobic exercise does wonders.

Posture:
Improve your posture. Walking with a correct posture makes you look taller and slimmer.

Crunches:
You do not need to go to the gym and work out to build up muscles. 100 crunches a day, can give you great looking abs.

Say no to elevators:
Walk up and down the stairs.

Oh yes. Especially at the airports, going up or down, either way, with luggage and carry-ons. Stairs are wonderful. Say no to automatic walking belts too. Manual walking can raise an eyebrow or two, but those people don't know what they are missing.
