daily drinks and best time to have them

so i have strated drinking carrot juice every morning and i drink warm haldi milk before bed.

However i would love to implement a juice smoothie in my daily diet as i find it extremely difficult to eat fruits. I also love tomato juice and heard the amazing benefits of it. The warm lemn juice every morning is good for detox.

so how should i schedule all these drinks.

  • carrot juice as soon as i wake up… (one carrot , half apple or pear, half glass of orange juice and half glass of water)

-during the day i work so i canot make any drinks

  • i come home at 7pm and ave dinner at 8pm

-by 11.30 i drink my warm haldi drink.

should i add the fruit smoothie as soon as i get home?

Mix them all together and have one drink.

I wouldn't take the juice in the morning (not particularly beneficial) and instead have a green smoothie (it's usually various green veg and apples) instead of breakfast in the morning. A fruit smoothie might taste nice but isn't particularly good for you.
