Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...

I use dabur amla neem and lemon, I love it!
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
My friend claims it makes your hair white so I stopped using it :/

I've used it since I was 7-8. Its really good and helps keep the hair thick & black (assuming thats your natural color) :) It does not look/feel too oily or greasy. You just need to get comfortable with the fragrance though...

What was your friend's original hair color ? Amla has properties that make your hair black, so I am surprised by your friend's comments.
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
Black, but I guess she's never used it because she has seen other women's hair turn white more early than usual and those must have used Amla oil.
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
Amla oil is good for scalp; however, it won't work if you have other problems such as dandruff. You need to treat those with proper medicated shampoos!
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
It didn't really do anything for me, but having said that I don't think I used it long enough! The smell is awful though.

Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
Any other good hair oil ??
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
I also tried it for a while.. Didnt like it.. The smell is way too strong IMO.. Dont like it..
Once I was sitting in the back of the bus and and I knew by the smell of the oil that another friend of mine was on that bus too.. Because he uses that oil.. He was sitting in the front..! Just by the smell (and ac)..!! It's so strong..!
does it stop hair fall?
Yes, if you use it regularly and long enough...
Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
iam using this oil ...its great i love it vatika is best too
If you have dandruff then that is what’s causing your hairfall. You need to stop using any oil because they’ll only worsen the hairloss. Use a good dandruff shampoo, Nuetrogena is good and so are Nizoral and Selsun Blue. If your hair is very dry then use a deep conditioner or hair masque. I like Pantene Pro Restorative hair masque. :k:

Re: Dabur Amala hair oil...
there is one by dabur called vatika... i prefer that over amla to be honest. i have quite a flaky scalp and have tried both. amla did nothing, but vatika makes it much softer!
