may be you are talking about the lowest grade of sevaiNyaaN…moTii waali!
on Eids, in villages, i’ve seen that this kinda coarser sevayiiN is boiled in water [no milk] with sugar and is distributed among foqaraa and doemstic servants and the people who serve you year round like naaii, bhaaT, bhangan, chamaar and paasiis. no sheer Khurma or qimaami sivaiNyaaN for them…sad and rude!
