apples soul toh humeysha saath rehti hai…it only leaves u when u die…when depressed n looing for answers its always better to read nafl & ask allah(swt) talk to friends…but not to ppl who might pity teh situation cause tht makes things worse.

go out…thora mahool change kerain..shopping ke liye jaain…or just to the beach…the park…nature etc
