LP…you are so right, I should look on the bright side. All of a sudden, I am feeling better again, but why do we have to keep reminding ourselves about the bright side. We should be able to feel it, there shouldn’t be any need for constant reminders. :hinna:

apples soul toh humeysha saath rehti hai...it only leaves u when u die....when depressed n looing for answers its always better to read nafl & ask allah(swt) talk to friends....but not to ppl who might pity teh situation cause tht makes things worse.

go out...thora mahool change kerain..shopping ke liye jaain...or just to the beach...the park...nature etc
