What is Ram Gopal Verma’s obsession with obviously hinting at Salman khan’s ties to the underworld in his movies?. I just finished watching “D” and just like company a guy named Aslam Khan, a womanizer, is beaten by the gang…In Company the similar named actor (also dressing, walking talking like sallu) is shown to have contacts with the underworld. It was kinda cool in company but with D i think Mr. Ram Gopal took it a bit too far. My fav still remains Satya, since I think Company and D are very very much alike in format and story…bummer I was expecting much more.

Sattya, Company & Sarkar are directed by RGV and are super-hit...

That way you can say D shows how Malik (company) reached the heights he was at … If you compare Deshu and Malik, there were very much same charectars … controlled, ruthless, very few words and cigaretts … only difference is, one was building a company and other was heading a company …
D seems to be prequal to company …

neither were company and satya … overseas box office dont really accept RGV. Whatever box office succes he gets, he getss in india. Sarkar is biggest grosser for RGV’s company.

I had "D" sitting on the shelf all this time but the title seemed so boring, i never bothered to watch it.. now im glad i didnt

no no "D" is pretty good.....different and the guy looks hot in aviators. amazingly he looks equally hot in a dhoti.

what! i think your knowledge is limited…
when RGV started making movies he was not in strong finacial position
but after the satya and company he was able to sign big B in sarkar
and now in sholay after sarkar…
and company is one of the most watched movies… abroad.. (hollywood)

you can watch movies on TV … what we are talking here is @ box office success of RGV films … SARKAR is biggest grosser for RGV’s factory.
I am following RGV since SHIVA days. When you talk about his strong/weak financial position that is irrelevent as far as his style of movie making goes … his strong points are always good script and his actors, mostly stage actors (he dont like to work with stars).
